nora fleming was founded by nora napientek alongside her brother and co-founder jon niedlinger, whose creativity and vision helped shape the heart of the brand from the very beginning.
the inspiration
the inspiration for nora fleming came from nora’s paint-your-own pottery studio, where she watched people gather, create, and connect through art. with a small loan from her grandmother and a big belief in creativity and community, that studio spirit grew into a brand built around personalization and meaningful moments.
today, nora fleming designs serveware and hand-painted minis meant to change with life’s celebrations… from holidays and milestones to everyday dinners at home. each mini adds personality, creativity, and a little joy, turning simple gatherings into something special.

giving back
giving back has always been part of our story. over six years, our partnership with St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital raised more than $1.1 million to support life-saving treatment and research. our band together program continued that mission by supporting a variety of charitable organizations through community-driven giving. today, that spirit lives on through creative quill, an initiative created to celebrate creativity and support the arts and the next generation of artists.
