how to buy a gift card

1. click the gift card tab in the top
   navigation
2. pick your favorite gift card style
3. add a recipient
4. include a fun, personalized message
5. sign your name
6. choose “send as a gift” or “send it
   to me” (this decides where the digital gift card goes)
7. pick a delivery date or keep it as “send now”
8. enter the recipient’s email address
9. select your gift card amount ($25 increments)
10. click add to cart

can i include a personal
message?

absolutely! you can add a note and even schedule a delivery date.

can i grab a gift card and
other goodies in the same order?

yes! everything can go through one smooth checkout. shipping & tax are
calculated on products only, gift cards aren’t included.

how to redeem your gift
card

at checkout, enter your gift card code in the “discount code or gift
card” box and hit apply. if your order isn’t fully covered, you’ll be
prompted to add another payment method. leftover balance? it stays on your card
for next time!

how to check your balance

enter your code at checkout, your remaining balance will automatically apply.
or check it in your customer account registered to your email. don’t have
one? easily register on our site!

lost your gift card email?

we can resend it through Shopify (we don’t see full codes for security, so the
card will be sent directly to the recipient)

gift card FAQs

expiration date & fees: nope, never, and zero fees!

returns: gift cards can only be refunded to the original payment method
(if it was a gift, the purchaser gets the refund). we recommend keeping the
