returns & exchanges
at nora fleming, we want you to be delighted with your purchase! if for any reason you’re not, no worries — we’re happy to help with a return or exchange.
- online purchases: items bought from our website can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the original purchase. please allow up to 2 weeks to receive your return credit and up to 3 weeks for exchanges to be processed.
- in-store purchases: items purchased in-store are not eligible for return by mail — please visit the store where you made your purchase for assistance.
a few helpful tips: when sending your items back, we recommend using a pre-paid, insured shipping method (unfortunately, we can’t accept cod deliveries). please pack your items with care to prevent any damage during transit. a sturdy box with extra padding (like bubble wrap or air cushions) will help keep everything safe and sound. don’t forget to label your package “fragile” so it receives special handling.
serving pieces must be in new, unused condition and include their original gift box(es) for us to process a return. if items aren’t properly packaged and arrive damaged, we might not be able to issue a refund or exchange, so please make sure they’re packed up safely!
