at nora fleming, we want you to be delighted with your purchase! if for any reason you’re not, no worries — we’re happy to help with a return.
- online purchases: we only accept returns for items purchased directly on norafleming.com. items bought from our website can be returned within 30 days* of the original purchase. please allow up to 2 weeks to receive your return.
- in-store purchases: items purchased in-store are not eligible for return by mail — please visit the store where you made your purchase for assistance.

all returns can only be refunded to the original form of payment. we do not offer exchanges or merchandise credit. once we receive your return, please allow up to 2 weeks to process your return.
helpful tips:
- when sending your items back, we recommend using a pre-paid, insured shipping method (unfortunately, we can’t accept cod deliveries).
- please pack your items with care to prevent any damage during transit. a sturdy box with extra padding (like bubble wrap or air cushions) will help keep everything safe and sound.
- don’t forget to label your package “fragile” so it receives special handling.
- items must be in new, unused, sellable condition, including original packaging and gift boxes. if items arrive damaged due to improper packing, we may not be able to issue a refund.
- please include your original packing slip with the item(s) you are returning, or a clearly legible note including your original order number, the name and email of the original purchaser, and a list of the item(s) you are returning
- free or promotional items are not eligible for exchange or returns.

if your item was a gift, we still require the original order number and purchaser’s name. refunds can only be issued to the original form of payment.
*for orders placed between black friday and december 31, we offer an extended return window through january 31*
serving pieces must be in new, unused, sellable condition and include their original gift box(es) for us to process a return. if any items, including minis, aren’t properly packaged and arrive damaged, we might not be able to issue a refund, so please make sure they’re packed up safely!
