online orders:
we accept returns for items purchased directly from nora fleming - one gift. every occasion. within 30 days*. items purchased from one of our amazing retailers must be returned to the original store where purchased. refunds are issued to the original form of payment. please allow up to 2 weeks for your return to arrive and up to 2 weeks for your refund to process. exchanges and credits are not offered.
condition:
items must be new, unused, and in original packaging. serving pieces must include their original gift box. damaged items due to improper packing may not be refunded. free or promotional items are not eligible for return. gift returns require the original nora fleming order number and purchaser’s name.
shipping:
please include your packing slip or order number, pack items securely with padding (bubble wrap or air cushions), label “fragile,” and ship prepaid (no COD).
