minis should be hand washed and are best stored in our keepsake holder
stoneware bases are microwave and dishwasher safe. in addition, bakeware pieces are oven safe to 350 degrees.
melamine bases are dishwasher safe but are not microwave safe.
maple bases should be washed quickly in warm soapy water and are not microwave or dishwasher safe. they will also be kept in tip-top condition with frequent application of mineral oil.

please place your signed piece in the oven at 300 degrees for 30 minutes to set the signature. this excludes melamine, maple boards, and any stoneware piece with glued parts or metallic.

if you wet the stem with water or oil, push down from above the base, then pull through from the bottom, the minis generally fit into any base.

at nora fleming, we want you to be delighted with your purchase! if for any reason you’re not, no worries — we’re happy to help with a return.  

• online purchases: items bought from our website can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase. please allow up to 2 weeks to receive your return. 
• in-store purchases: items purchased in-store are not eligible for return by mail — please visit the store where you made your purchase for assistance.  

a few helpful tips: when sending your items back, we recommend using a pre-paid, insured shipping method (unfortunately, we can’t accept cod deliveries). please pack your items with care to prevent any damage during transit. a sturdy box with extra padding (like bubble wrap or air cushions) will help keep everything safe and sound. don’t forget to label your package “fragile” so it receives special handling.  

serving pieces must be in new, unused, sellable condition and include their original gift box(es) for us to process a return. if any items, including minis, aren’t properly packaged and arrive damaged, we might not be able to issue a refund, so please make sure they’re packed up safely!

absolutely! you can add a note and even schedule a delivery date.

can i grab a gift card and other goodies in the same order?
yes! everything can go through one smooth checkout. shipping & tax are calculated on products only, gift cards aren’t included.

how to redeem your gift card
at checkout, enter your gift card code in the “discount code or gift card” box and hit apply. if your order isn’t fully covered, you’ll be prompted to add another payment method. leftover balance? it stays on your card for next time!
